Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Burnaby, BC, seeks freelance sales associates to provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations, combining creativity with technical skill to educate and delight customers. You’ll work as part of a high-performing team, supporting in-store events and maintaining premium visual merchandising standards.

Experience at a beginner level is welcome, with opportunities to develop expertise across fragrance, skincare, and hair consultations.

Qualifications

• Amateur level experience with high level of creative and technical expertise in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point of sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.
