Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking dynamic freelance sales associates to provide makeup applications, skincare advice, and fragrance consultations for an in-store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will work with a high-performing team to host in-store events while maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards to stand out in a competitive market. Makeup artistry certification is desirable, but beginners are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Amateur level experience welcome if you demonstrate creativity and technical skill.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software is preferred.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited for interview.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

Qualifications
