Job summary

Canadian Pacific Railway is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solution Designer to drive improvements in content management and decommission legacy content. You will solve complex integrations between repositories and business systems, and act as a subject matter expert to quickly resolve issues.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• AIIM Information Management certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with infrastructure supporting content management systems.
• Knowledge of database technologies and data migration techniques.
• Understanding of privacy laws, access, records management and data archiving.
• 5+ years of technical knowledge in IT platform/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Solve difficult to moderately complex problems involving integration between content repositories and business systems.
• Maintain deep knowledge of application integration approaches.
• Enable business-facing applications to retrieve data and images from content repositories.
• Demonstrate deep understanding in one or more business areas.
