• Proven ability to engage with founders and senior executives.
• Strong financial statement interpretation and valuation insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and M&A pipeline development for software targets.
• Outbound outreach to build relationships with business owners and senior leaders.
• Nurture long-term relationships and position Harris as the acquirer of choice.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline and track deal stages and interactions.
• Support M&A site visits and due diligence coordination with the team.
• Facilitate transactions and contribute to successful acquisitions.
