PwC Canada is seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Senior Manager to join our Tax practice in Calgary. You will lead a team, advise on transaction structuring, due diligence, and integration, and help clients manage cross-border tax issues with a strategic, data-driven approach.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and delivering high-quality tax solutions across industries, while staying current with global tax trends and firm ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of proven and practical experience in M&A Tax.
• Keen interest in Technology and AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasked, fast paced and changing environment.
• CPA/CA designation is an asset. Completion of the M.Tax Program or In-Depth is a strong asset.
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset.
