PwC Canada is seeking a Delivering Deal Value Senior Manager to lead integration strategy, deal execution, due diligence, and synergy planning within a hybrid work environment.
The role requires experience advising senior management on mergers and acquisitions, managing large programs with multiple stakeholders, and developing strategic client relationships across functional areas.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. As a Delivering Deal Value Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
As part of the transaction process, the DDV team develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues, synergies, risks and upsides around a transaction.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
