Qualifications

Undergraduate or MBA degree with 2+ years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory.
Experience in the execution of M&A transactions and process management.
Strong financial modelling skills and attention to detail; ability to work with Excel models and financial statements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, pro forma, and transaction models.
Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums, management presentations, and other marketing materials.
Conduct in-depth industry and company research and analysis.
Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with clients and external advisors.
Manage transaction processes from initial client meetings to closing and maintain client relationships.
