  • Undergraduate or MBA degree with 2+ years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory.
  • Experience in the execution of M&A transactions and process management.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and attention to detail; ability to work with Excel models and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, pro forma, and transaction models.
  • Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums, management presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research and analysis.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with clients and external advisors.
  • Manage transaction processes from initial client meetings to closing and maintain client relationships.
