Job summary

PwC Canada in Vancouver is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager for Financial Services (Bilingual FR/EN) to lead financial due diligence on deals, manage end-to-end transactions, and deliver insights to clients across insurance, banking, capital markets, asset & wealth management and fintech.

You will drive leadership, client relationships, risk management, and coaching of junior staff; require CPA or equivalent, strong financial analysis and communication skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent designation is an asset.
• Senior Manager level experience with Financial Due Diligence, Financial Services preferred.
• Proven technical and analytical capabilities including financial performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Data analytics experience using Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deal process across the end-to-end transaction cycle.
• Ensure quality of diligence deliverables and client presentations.
• Manage project risk and identify commercial, contractual and delivery risks.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain professional networks.
