Job summary

Gucci in Toronto seeks a Team Manager to lead a luxury retail team on the selling floor, delivering an unsurpassed client experience and coaching in real time to achieve business goals. You will recruit, develop, and retain top talents while representing the Gucci brand with integrity and strong fashion sense.

You will drive clienteling, events, and product launches, ensuring exceptional service and a deep knowledge of competition and trends in the area.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury service industries.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Strong ethics, professionalism and ability to inspire a team.
Proven ability to drive client experiences that build loyalty and results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience with hospitality and elevated attitude.
Coach on floor, execute strategy, and monitor client data to personalize prospect opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent; conduct performance conversations and build a pipeline.
Maintain and improve store KPIs, analyze results, and implement actionable plans with the Store Director.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and cross-functional teams while upholding policies and procedures.
