You will engage clients, apply storytelling with product knowledge, and participate in trainings to stay ahead on fashion trends and client segmentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Passion for relationship building and people engagement.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity and ability to inspire trust.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients and build strong relationships in-store or remotely.
• Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Use selling techniques to match products to client needs and drive sales.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to broaden client base.
• Maintain in-store operations, stock and POS transactions following brand standards.
