Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking a Store Manager for our Vancouver Oakridge Mall location. You will lead the team to deliver a premium client experience for luxury clients, communicating with conviction and listening to needs.

You will empower your team, coach growth, and uphold Ferragamo standards, including Selling Ceremony and Visual guidelines, while building strong relationships with clients and the community. This role requires English proficiency, leadership, and a passion for Italian craftsmanship

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; second language a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with a focus on client experience and storytelling.
