Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our Food & Beverage team in Canada. You will help maintain clean plates, cups, utensils and kitchen equipment, while upholding safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll report to the Chief Steward and contribute to a professional, well-groomed team environment, with perks that include discounted stays, employee travel programs, and wellness support.

Responsibilities

• Follow stewarding policies, procedures and service standards.
• Ensure plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & all cooking utensils are cleaned using the appropriate machinery.
• Remove garbage and compost from kitchen.
• Follow the duties assigned by shift supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding kitchen areas.
• Supply equipment requirements for kitchen and outlets.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to all LQA standards set up for the department.
• Consistently uphold a professional and well-groomed appearance per grooming policy.
