Job summary

AWIN-Donway Ford in Ontario is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot. The role includes the safe transportation of dealership vehicles and assisting in preparation for delivery.

Responsibilities include organizing vehicles, inspecting for damage, verifying accessories, and ensuring lot security. A high school diploma, a clean driver’s abstract, and ability to drive a manual transmission are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Good judgement.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have manual transmission driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize vehicles in service parking lot.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
• Safely transport clients to and from destinations with dealership shuttle as requested.
• Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles.
• Catalogue and store keys.
• Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security.
• Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
• Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required.
• Maintain walkway accessibility in increment weather.
• Other duties as assigned.
