Job summary

Kaizen Automotive Group in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain and present the dealership’s vehicle inventory. You will organize the lot, move vehicles between areas, and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced dealership environment. Valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the dealership lot by arranging vehicles neatly and safely.
• Move vehicles between the lot, service department, detail bay, and showroom as required.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready for display.
• Assist with vehicle staging for customer test drives, sales appointments, and dealership events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, including snow removal and windshield cleaning.
• Support the sales team by delivering vehicles for customer presentations or delivery appointments.
• Install dealer plates, window stickers, hangtags, and other merchandising materials on vehicles.
• Conduct regular lot checks to verify vehicle locations and report discrepancies.
• Assist with transporting vehicles to and from offsite locations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to dealership safety guidelines and OEM standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive lot operations or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a physically active role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
