Job summary

AWIN - BMW Autohaus in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to support the service department, keep the service lot clean and organized, and safely transport dealership vehicles. You will inspect vehicles, manage keys, assist with shuttle duties, and help prepare vehicles for delivery while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Good judgement.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have manual transmission driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize vehicles in service parking lot.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
• Safely transport clients to and from destinations with dealership shuttle as requested.
• Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles.
• Catalogue and store keys.
• Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security.
• Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
• Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required.
• Maintain walkway accessibility in increment weather.
• Other duties as assigned. For example, shuttle driver duties, valet parking, assist the Sales Lot Attendants as needed.

Our BMW Autohaus is looking for Service Lot Attendant to join our amazing team!

Job Purpose

The Lot Attendant assists in the service department. This position maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot. Responsibilities also include the safe transportation of all dealership/customer vehicles.

Responsibilities
