Job summary

Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg is hiring a Lot Attendant to maintain the dealership lot, arrange vehicles for display, and ensure accessibility for customers. You will verify arrivals, inspect vehicles, and record any damages or missing items, keeping the lot tidy and efficient for teams and guests.

As a Lot Attendant you will also assist in moving cars, guiding customers to vehicles, and supporting other departments as needed. This is a full-time on-site role at Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Good judgment and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle serial numbers against invoices when arrivals arrive.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on invoices.
• Record damages and missing items on delivery receipts.
• Park new vehicles in assigned areas and assign stock control numbers.
• Assist technicians or valet and help customers locate cars on pickup.
• Keep the lot organized and assist in duties across departments.
• Transport customers as requested and perform miscellaneous tasks as directed.
