Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies in Peterborough, ON, is hiring a reliable Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized, move vehicles with precision, and support fast-paced dealership operations.

Responsibilities include exterior and interior vehicle detailing, parking and staging cars, verifying deliveries, and assisting with general dealership tasks. A valid G license and ability to work outdoors are required; wage is CAD 18–20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid G Driver’s License is required.
• Clean Drivers Abstract required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to drive manual is an asset.
• Comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment.
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workarea throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day.
• Verify receipt of cars delivered to dealer and parks cars in the lot in a safe and orderly manner.
• Record description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Assign stock control numbers to cars, and catalogs and stores keys.
• Transfer vehicles from dealership to other dealerships in our Group.
