Brobston Group LLC in Vancouver seeks a Designated Sales Associate (DSA) to cultivate deep client relationships while delivering expert product knowledge on the selling floor. This commission-based role focuses on exceeding personal and brand sales targets and supporting brand initiatives.

You will build a loyal client base, share insights with the team, attend vendor education, and assist with merchandising, events, and policy compliance. Fluency in French and English is required.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years in a commission-based sales role.
• Luxury retail product specialist experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Share product knowledge with the selling team and attend product/vendor education sessions
• Support visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and event execution
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods for follow-up and events
• Resolve customer service issues and elevate to selling management as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber security policies
