Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our Toronto store. You will meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations in a luxury, omni-channel environment that drives brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, clienteling tools, and live video demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets and use POS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
