Qualifications

• Strong sales and client service experience in luxury retail
• Passion for luxury lifestyle and brands
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move goods
• Integrity and leadership by example

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture)
• Demonstrate initiative, planning, strategic thinking and adaptability
• Train and develop store associates; conduct quarterly goal setting
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team using 360-degree approach
• Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with clients and team
• Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Enforce visual merchandising standards and client experience excellence
