TUMI in Toronto seeks an Associate to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury retail setting. You will drive personal sales, uphold brand standards, and create an engaging in-store experience.

Collaborate with teammates, manage time and tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced schedule including weekends and holidays. This role emphasizes product knowledge, training, and building strong client relationships to support store goals.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Lead by example and influence team members to complete duties effectively.
• Delegate tasks clearly and develop short and long-term store strategies.
• Demonstrate initiative with time management and calendar planning.
• Train and develop team; coach and provide feedback; build bench strength.
• Collaborate with peers and corporate partners to ensure best-in-class client experience.
• Manage store operations: schedule, timecards, payroll, shipments, and inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising and uphold high-quality client service.
