Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Canada is seeking a Team Manager to coach and guide the sales and/or operations of a Tiffany store, delivering the Tiffany Experience and aiming to meet or exceed commercial targets.

You will lead a dynamic team with the LVMH values, cultivate talent, develop client relationships on the floor, and partner with the Store Director to ensure service excellence and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury store management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems and POS.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the sales and/or operations of a Tiffany store to meet and exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Be a strong, decisive, and collaborative leader who builds a climate of service excellence and partners with the Store Director.
• Demonstrate leadership embodying the LVMH values and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and excellence.
