TUMI, a global luxury brand, is seeking a dynamic Associate in Toronto to drive exceptional client service and in-store experience. You will partner with leadership to meet sales targets, manage daily operations, and develop teammates while upholding the brand standards and client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail role involves standing, moving around the store, lifting and climbing as needed.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPI targets, including conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture.
• Lead by example and influence team members to complete duties effectively; delegate tasks clearly.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies; demonstrate initiative and strong time management.
• Train and develop others; coach and provide feedback; build a scalable bench for store operations.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication; uphold ethical conduct and adapt to changes.
• Ensure store operations compliance, inventory readiness, scheduling, and payroll processes.
