Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience with cash handling and basic POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a busy, high-traffic environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and on social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and refresh the sales floor; update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
