Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager for the Armani Outlet at Toronto Premium Outlets. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience while partnering with the General Manager to optimize operations.

You will influence merchandising, manage back-of-house, POS, HR, facilities, and budgets, reporting to senior leadership across Canada. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, collaboration, and results orientation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in store management or office administration.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports.
• Experience in trainings and presentations.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Support merchandising strategies and oversee daily store operations.
• Be on the sales floor to understand business and provide insights to improve performance.
• Shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue and ensure clear communication across the team.
