Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation’s Armani Exchange Outlet at Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills seeks a Merchandise Flow Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will partner with the General Manager to implement merchandising strategies, ensure efficient stockroom management, and motivate a diverse team on the sales floor.

The role requires 2+ years in retail shipping/receiving, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager to shape merchandising strategies and drive revenue.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure strong merchandise flow and markdown execution.
• Communicate effectively across the team to ensure safe and efficient store operations.
