Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation seeks a Merchandise Flow Manager to lead a high-performing team at the Armani Exchange Outlet in Halton Hills, near Toronto. You will partner with the General Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure efficient store operations on the front line.

The role emphasizes stock management, merchandising execution and strong collaboration while maintaining integrity and strategic vision in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse sales team to inspire and motivate daily.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience.
• Oversee stockroom organization and merchandise flow, replenishment, markdowns and stock accuracy.
• Communicate store strategies and ensure efficient store operations.
