Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Armani Exchange Outlet at McArthurGlen Outlets. You will lead a diverse sales team, inspire staff, and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills to manage the store efficiently. The position offers on-floor leadership, in-the-moment coaching, and participation in client relationship strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Client Advisor with results and strong team collaboration.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities
