Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation's Armani Exchange Outlet at CrossIron Mills is seeking a Merchandise Floor Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will partner with the General Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and ensure the store operates efficiently on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and provide input on merchandising strategies.
• Drive revenue and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Build strong talent and lead the team with integrity and collaboration.
• Ensure store efficiency in front of house and back of house operations, including stockroom management and markdown execution.
• Communicate effectively to cascade messages throughout the team.
