Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the McArthurGlen Outlet in Richmond. This leadership role focuses on inspiring a diverse sales team, delivering an exceptional client experience, and driving revenue through strong client relationships.

You will coach on the shop floor, implement store strategies, and ensure smooth operations while upholding brand integrity and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with results and strong team skills.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability for holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a plus.
