The candidate will manage front desk operations, scheduling, and service recovery while coaching staff to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Front Office leadership within luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience leading Front Office operations with elevated guest service standards.
• Strong understanding of the luxury guest journey and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Front Office guest journey with a professional, personalized luxury experience.
• Uphold elevated service standards across Front Desk, Bell, Valet, Shuttle, and Night Audit.
• Ensure readiness for arrivals/departures, VIPs, groups, and special occasions.
• Lead escalated guest concerns with professionalism and timely follow-up.
