Job summary

Holt Renfrew is hiring a Sales Associate, Skims, to drive exceptional service and sales in a luxury environment in Toronto. You will cultivate a loyal client base, participate in product knowledge sessions, and support visual merchandising while achieving sales targets.

Eligibility includes a minimum of 4+ years in luxury commission-based sales, flexible scheduling, and a strong fashion sense. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission, employee discount, pension, benefits, and tuition

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
• Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
• Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing clients
• Attend all educational sessions and product knowledge trainings
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate with personal clients about in-store events and merchandise requests
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management
• Comply with Health & Safety and privacy policies
