Job summary

Rhapsody is seeking a Full Time hourly Concierge in Toronto to warmly welcome residents, guests and vendors, answer the phone, handle after-hours package pickup and address inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role supports on-site events, coordinates with the site team, and helps maintain a welcoming, well-organized community environment aligned with Rhapsody's standards of service and integrity. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to serve residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or GED.
• 2+ years in upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and guests, answering Concierge phone line, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating logs on resident portal, manage general security.
• Provide information, resources and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbours.
• Have sound knowledge of the community and surrounding area to answer questions with certainty.
• Build relationships with current and future residents.
• Maintain positive relationships to ensure open communication between residents and community representatives.
• Assist with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives.
• Provide marketing support with Social Media postings, Blogging, and Internet Presence.
• Work as part of the site team to ensure events are sociable and pleasurable.
• Provide general resident services such as carrying items to suite, calling taxis, scheduling reservations, amenity reservations.
• Ensure the Community Amenities area has property inventory.
• Monitor and assist with Amenity reservations and events.
• Review the Activity Log and be ready to begin work at shift start.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with regards to residents.
• Adhere to property guidelines and standards of performance.
• Maintain work area presentation.
