Job summary

Rhapsody Property Management Services in Toronto is seeking a Concierge-Pivot to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests and vendors at our luxury community. You are the face of the property, promoting a sense of community and coordinating daily needs.

The role requires evenings and weekend shifts, a high school diploma, and 2+ years in upscale concierge or customer service. You will handle inquiries, reservations, events support and maintain logs while upholding privacy and standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2+ years in upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and guests, answering Concierge phone line, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on resident portal, manage general security (i.e.: loitering).
• Provide information, resources and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbours.
• Build strong relationships with current and future members of the resident community.
• Assist with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives.
• Provide marketing support with Social Media postings, Blogging, and Internet Presence.
