Job summary

Condor Security Inc. is building a Luxury Concierge talent pool for premium residential and commercial properties in downtown Toronto. Openings are anticipated and strong candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

The role blends concierge-level service with security awareness in a premium, high-touch environment. Minimum 2 years in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security is required, along with valid First Aid/CPR certification and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security in a client-facing setting.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written) and strong attention to detail.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts depending on site needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a polished front desk experience for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage access control, visitor verification, and lobby oversight according to site protocols.
• Handle deliveries, packages, and amenity booking processes as required by the property.
• Respond to incidents professionally, complete detailed reports, and escalate when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
