Allied Universal in North York, ON is seeking a Security Guard - Residential Site - Concierge to protect a residential property and assist residents and visitors with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate has concierge security experience, a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills. Shift pattern includes overnights and weekends; wage starts at $19.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge security, preferably residential.
• Minimum of one year concierge experience.
• Ontario Security Guard Licence required.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and wireless communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (40 hours/week).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to work overnights and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and security systems.
• Manage access and assist visitors and stakeholders.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce site policies and procedures.

Title: Security Guard - Residential Site - Concierge Location: North York, ON (Don Mills Road and George Henry Boulevard) Position Type:Full-Time Pay Rate: $19.68 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Friday: 4PM -12A; Saturday: 12PM -12AM

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Residential Site - Concierge to support the safety and security of a residential property in North York, ON.

The ideal candidate will have previous residential security and concierge experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic security team. The successful candidate must be willing to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to residents, visitors, property management, contractors, and other stakeholders.ing

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience inconcierge security, preferably within a residential environment.
• Minimum ofone (1) year of concierge experience.
• ValidOntario Security Guard Licence.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and wireless communication technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ValidFirst Aid and CPR certification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry items weighing up to40 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, contractors, and property management.
• Availability to work overnightsand rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support emergency response and coordinate with management and emergency services as required.
