Regal Security Inc. is seeking a full-time Concierge Security Guard to cover sites across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate brings security guard or concierge experience, strong customer service, and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to incidents, enforcing rules, and maintaining safety protocols. Must hold Ontario security license, First Aid/CPR, and WHMIS, with proficiency in MS Office/Gmail.”

Regal Security Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Concierge Security Guard for our sites located in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Full-time availability to work all days of the week, including mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated experience as a security guard or concierge.
• A strong customer service-driven approach.
• Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written).
• Detailed and thorough record-keeping capabilities (memo books, incident reports, etc.).
• Keen observation skills and high attentiveness.
• Professional physical deportment and presentation.
• Strong decision-making, reliability, common sense, and exceptional judgment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of Regal Security.
• Act as Regal's day-to-day point of contact for individual client and field staff inquiries.
• Operate and maintain an organized, safe environment.
• Enforce property rules, regulations, and the Trespass to Property Act to maintain the security and safety of clients and their assets.
• Safely operate and maintain company- and client-issued equipment and supplies.
• Respond to major incidents on property (fire, flood, medical issues, criminal activity) and aid security staff in managing the situation.
• Ensure safety and emergency protocols are executed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies.
• Complete walking patrols and facility/equipment inspections as required.
• Review, understand, and follow post orders for the assigned site.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility health and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Valid WHMIS Certification.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $17.95 to $22.00 per hour, based on site requirements and applicant experience.
