Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, property staff, and contractors.
• Follow training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Concierge - Part-time In Markham, Ontario.Position: Security Professional - Concierge

Location: Markham, Ontario.

Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Shifts:Full-Time - Mondays to Fridays | 4:00PM - 12 midnight

Part-time - Saturday & Sunday |12:00 noon - 12:00 midnight | Evening

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional - Conciergesto oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, Ontario. The ideal candidates are seasoned individuals with excellent communication skills, willing to work Evening Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience in Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
