Job summary

CHANEL Flagship Boutique (Yorkville) in Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, drive efficiency, and ensure an elevated client experience in line with CHANEL standards. You will master SOPs, systems, and tools while leading a high-performing team.

The role requires 4–6 years in leadership retail operations or stock, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Fluent English, French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct boutique operations to maximize productivity.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Lead budget forecasting and control expenditures for the boutique.
• Manage inventory integrity and cycle counts, RFID, and year-end inventory.
• Ensure boutique presentation and brand image align with Chanel standards.
