Job summary

CHANEL CANADA ULC. in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Oakridge Park Boutique, directing operations across three divisions to maximize productivity and ensure a superior client experience.

You will implement SOPs, optimize systems and manage staff so that service excellence is delivered consistently. You will also oversee cash handling, shipping/receiving, inventory integrity, and budget forecasting, while coaching the team to uphold Chanel standards and drive sales

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of leadership retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Ability to lift approx. 15-20 lbs.
• Fluent English; French an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for three divisions within the Oakridge Park Boutique.
• Ensure SOPs, systems and tools support smooth running and client experience.
• Handle cash operations: opening, balancing, closing, invoices, deposits.
• Manage shipping/receiving daily and inventory integrity including Cycle Counts and RFID.
• Drive sell-through through stock organization and merchandising standards.
• Lead training, change management and the Chanel et Moi after-sales workflow.
