Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to develop deep customer relationships and drive sales and loyalty. Compensation is commission-based and tied to sales volume, with excellent employee discount and benefits.

You will deliver outstanding service, share product knowledge, and participate in events and education sessions to enhance brand presence. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two years in a commission-based sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets.
• Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets.
• Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining loyal clients.
• Share expert level product knowledge with the store selling team.
• Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities and events.
• Attend educational sessions on product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods about events and requests.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate where needed.
