Job summary

Mark Motors Group is seeking a motivated Product Specialist for the Audi City Lansdowne team in Ottawa. You will welcome clients, identify needs, and lead engaging vehicle demonstrations while building lasting relationships.

As part of the role, you will stay informed on Audi programs, handle test drives, and ensure a premium customer experience from inquiry through delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Automotive experience welcome but not required.
• Post-secondary education in business/marketing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective and existing clients while delivering a premium dealership experience.
• Understand client needs and help identify vehicles, products, and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of Audi vehicles, features, technology, and programs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-throughs and test drives, showcasing key features.
• Maintain client communications from inquiry to delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure they are clean and ready.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and ownership resources.
• Complete required Audi and Mark Motors Group training and maintain SSI standards.
