Job summary

SMCP NORTH AMERICA seeks a Brand Manager for the Sandro/Maje boutique at Holt Renfrew Calgary. You will guide a client-centric team, develop business strategies touching People, Product and Planet, and lead by example in a high-touch shopping environment.

You’ll own talent development, recruitment, and top-line performance while partnering with corporate to implement initiatives and elevate the client experience across Parisian-inspired collections.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
• Prior merchandising experience and client relationships are essential.
• Natural leader with coaching, communication and people development skills.
• Results-driven with KPI focus; experience in a commission environment is a plus.
• Strong recruiter abilities to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a luxury boutique setting.
• Drive clienteling initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage KPIs such as commercial targets, conversion, UPT and average basket.
• Oversee store operations front and back of house with strong organizational focus.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to align strategies and drive performance.
