SMCP NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA) is seeking a Sales Associate in Vancouver to deliver an elevated client experience for Sandro and Maje collections. You will build relationships, provide personalized styling, and actively contribute to daily store operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience in a fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to educate clients.
• Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance; ensure stock is organized and available.
