The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate who provides fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and offer guidance on project solutions while sharing knowledge of products across departments.

You greet, engage, and thank customers in your area, help drive sales by presenting good/better/best options, maintain stock and displays, and follow safety procedures in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments and assess needs.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Discuss options and suggest related items to complete the project.
• Maintain stock, signage, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of products in department and adjacent areas.
• Follow safety policies and loss prevention procedures.
