Job summary

Baptist Housing in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver person-centred care in our supportive senior communities. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses to assess residents, administer medications, and create individualized care plans aimed at improving quality of life.

As an LPN, you will promote wellness programs, maintain accurate records with EMAR/Point‑Click Care, and contribute to a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized school of nursing (LPN program).
• Current registration in good standing with the nursing college (BCCNM).
• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent RN designation accepted.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Availability to work consistent shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RNs to provide comprehensive care for residents with complex needs.
• Administer medications and conduct assessments to update individualized care plans.
• Promote wellness through programs that support physical and emotional well‑being.
