Job summary

Baptist Housing in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, person-centred care at Smith Creek Village. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to administer medications, assess residents, and develop individualized care plans, while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
• Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

About The Role

Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Smith Creek Village. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, work with a dedicated team, and improve residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 to $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
