Job summary

Avenue.io Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Maternal-Child unit at Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on postpartum mothers and their newborns within a fast-paced, teaching environment and includes pre- and post-operative care as needed.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, planning, and delivery of care, while ensuring safety and family-centered practices in alignment with CLPNA standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
