Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking LPNs to provide nursing care in a skilled nursing unit. Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) are available with a $5,000 bonus. Responsibilities include medication passes, treatments, and possible supervision of nurse assistants.

Qualifications include an active LPN license, CPR, and the ability to pass background checks (Colorado CAPS). SNF/LTC experience is a plus. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are offered.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.

• SNF/LTC experience a plus.

Successful Candidates

Rate Range: $28-$38

Up to $5,000 Bonus - paid over 18 months Depending on Experience, bonus for full-time employees only
